Job Description

Provide basic troubleshooting support for computers, software, and IT-related issues.
Assist with software implementation and support activities in coordination with vendors or internal teams.
Coordinate with various ERP/Software Product end-Users in the Organization and the ERP/Software Vendors for troubleshooting.
Maintain issue registers and follow-up with Vendors/Providers to ensure tracking and timely delivery of services.
Assist the IT Team in checking and enforcing various IT Policies (Backup, Security, Internet, etc.) in the organization.
Manage and maintain company WordPress websites, including updates and basic customization.
Handle and optimize Facebook Page activities, including posting, monitoring basic insights, and managing the page.
Support basic LAN network setup and troubleshooting tasks.
Create and edit basic visual content using design tools when needed.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for productivity, documentation, and task support.
